Lillian Bonilla Rivera

Lillian Bonilla Rivera, age 57, passed away peacefully January 27 2021. She was born October 28, 1963 in Cambridge Massachusetts to Nathan and Luz Espada Bonilla. She married her husband Benito Rivera September 22 1994. Lillian was a loving and devoted wife to Benito Rivera.and  mother to Daira Ortiz  and Cristina Rivera. 

She was a sister to Elvin, Olga, & Daira Bonilla,  a grandmother to Angel , Mariah, & Joel Rodriquez,  Nicholas Meisner and  Natalie Rodriquez ,an aunt to Tito Colon, Alexandria Simmons, Nicholas Bonilla, Anthony & Christopher  She is also survived by her brother-in-law Ramon Gonzalez, and many more extended  family. members.

She loved flowers, nature and Jehovah God. A quote she loved was John 5:28,29 “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice. And come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgement.”

She will always be remembered for her loving personality, her smile & always knowing the right thing to say at the right time. She will be truly missed and kept in our hearts. 

Her funeral viewing will be at Maresca & Sons Funeral Home 592 Chapel St  New Haven CT  on Saturday January 30, from 2 pm to 5 p.m   ALL SOCIAL DISTANCING AND MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
