Frank Perrotti, 54 of St. John St. New Haven passed away unexpectedly on Dec. 3, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Ellena Ruggiero Perrotti and son of Priscilla Dehnel and the late Ralph Perrotti. He is also survived by his cherished children, his one and only pride and joy son Frank, Jr. and Nicole and several brothers and sisters. Friends and family will miss Frank very much. His caring heart was always willing to help someone, even strangers.
